Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do is and excellent way to promote a disciplined and healthy lifestyle, for both young and old.  It is also a great way to reduce stress and build confidence.  Tae Kwon Do strengthens your mind and body.

 Kang’s Tae Kwon Do offers lessons in the Southdale Community centre. 

Instructor Master Aaron Flaman teaches classes every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday (year round).
