SOCIAL HALL RENTAL RATES FOR 2010 - Southdale Community Centre, Winnipeg, MB $900.00 + GST for 265 capacity; OR $1380.00 + GST for 390 people capacity
SOCIAL HALL RENTAL WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- bartenders/supervisor
- pop, beer and liquor cups and ice
- coffee including cups, sugar, cream
- set up of tables and chairs and final clean up of hall
- free parking for 350 cars
New Year's Socials are charged a premium. The cost to rent the Social Hall on December 31st is $2000.00 + GST

The hall is available at 5:00 p.m. for Friday socials and 3:00 p.m. for Saturday socials. The hall is available at these times for event set-up and meeting with the supervisor.
Social Hall Rental Requirements:
- A $250.00 + GST ($262.50) NON REFUNDABLE Deposit is required to reserve the hall and hold the date;

The remaining fee owed is due one week before the date of the event.

NO EXCEPTIONS

An additional $250.00 damage deposit is due upon signing the Rental Confirmation Agreement. Damage deposit will be returned or destroyed within 14 days after the event in full or part thereof if there is no damage to the social hall facility.
