Facility Rentals: Social Hall

We can hold up to 402 people.

The rental fee is $ 953 plus GST for a 265 person Social
or
$1429 plus GST for a 402 person Social
Rental from 8:00pm to 1:00pm
 
 
The rental fee incluses the following:
  • 2 bartenders
  • Corkage (pop, beer and liquor cups and ice, juice pitchers)
  • coffee including cups, sugar, cream, stir sticks
  • set up of tables and chairs and the final clean up of hall
  • free parking for 350 cars
New Year's Socials are charged a premium.
Bookings
A $250 plus GST non-refundable deposit is required. In addition a damage deposit cheque is required in the amount of $250. If there is no damage to the Hall a cheque will be refunded to you.

Addtional Information
 
The following are the responsibility of the booking party:
  • Any food and service of food
  • Warming trays, utensils, platters, dishes, etc
  • All condiments, juices, beverages (other than pop)
  • Liquor license and liquor
  • Silent auction prizes
  • Decorating
  • Covering of tables (if used covering for 35 tables; including silent auction and gretting table)
  • Cash box
  • Music service
  • Clean off and wipe down all tables, stacking of chairs, taking down and throwing away any decorations at the end of the evening.

Food and liquor can be delived at 5:00pm if a Friday social or 3:00pm if a Saturday social

WEDDINGS $1429 plus gst
We will hold wedding/receptions for up 265 people
You will have access to the Hall as early as 1:00pm for decorating, caterers to set up, etc.
Price Includes:
- 2 bartender
- beer and liquor cups
- pop (pepsi, diet pepsi, 7-up and ginger ale)
- ice
- coffee, coffee cups, creamer, stir sticks, sugar/sweetener
- set up of tables and chairs as well as clean-up.
We request a non-refundable deposit cheque of $350 plus gst ($367.50) as well as a damage depost cheque of $250 which will be refunded to you if there is no damage.
