2010 SPRING REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Please Be Patient When You Are Registering ON-LINE!!
Please do not press the BACK KEY or RESUBMIT your payment. This causes duplicate payments.
In-Person Registration and Telephone
In-person and telephone registration at the Southdale Community Centre Office begins on
Monday, March 1st, 2010.
Extended office Hours
Monday to Thursday ( March 1-4) 9AM - 8 PM
Friday (March 5) 9 AM - 5 PM
In person registration will be held in the Southdale Community Centre Hall on
Saturday, March 6th from
10:30 AM- 1:30 PM
Office registration continues
Monday, March 8th from 9-5 PM
On- Line Registration
On-line registration can take place anytime day or night, starting on Monday, March 1st, 2010. On this Web Site, click on the login button and follow the instructions to register your family information. At that point, you can register for the sports or programs of your choice.
Payments using on-line registration are with
VISA or MasterCard only.
Activity Cards
Activity cards are required to register for any sport or program over four weeks in duration. The cost is $60 per family. Activity Cards are valid from
September 1, 2009 to August 31, 2010.
Late Fees
A fee of $50 will be applied to all registrations made after March 10, 2010.
NO EXCEPTIONS
Refund Policy
A $10 administration fee applies to all refund requests other than program cancellation.
NO EXCEPTIONS
With proper notification, refunds will be given on a prorated basis. No refunds will be issued after three classes.

The funding for The Construction of a
second Indoor Arena,
Pleasure Skating Rink,
8 Dressing Rooms as well as Renovations to
the Front Entrance and Lobby Area,
HAS BEEN CONFIRMED!!
Plans are underway with construction scheduled to start in March 2010.
A fundraising campaign HAS STARTED.

There are many ways for you to help.
Whether its' being on the committee, running events, working on the capital campaign, etc.
